We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to use the website under these terms for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the site. Registration & Customer Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. The store bears no liability for losses resulting from disclosure of your account details. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice before resorting to legal action.
Warranty Terms
All products are subject to warranty by their authorized agent; replacement is only processed based on an official report from the agent.
Invoices issued serve as proof of warranty validity dates.
Split AC installation warranty is valid for 3 months from installation date.
All products comply with Saudi standards and specifications.
Products are tested before shipment. For issues arising after 7 days, customers must contact the authorized agent’s service center.
Air Conditioner Installation Terms
The customer must prepare the site with proper electrical connections and remove obstacles.
Maximum installation height is 4 meters.
Installation cannot proceed without proper wall openings. The customer assumes responsibility for chosen installation location.
Outdoor unit installation must not exceed 3 meters above ground for safety. Requests beyond 3 meters are at the customer’s full responsibility and incur an extra fee of SAR 100 per floor.
Cranes or lifts, if required, are the customer’s responsibility.
The customer is fully responsible for providing safe and compliant electricity. The company is not responsible for electrical works, malfunctions, or damages (including short circuits).
The company is not liable for structural damages (walls, floors, décor) caused by installation.
Responsibility shifts entirely to the customer after initial testing of the unit, except issues covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
For concrete walls, drilling is the customer’s responsibility. Removal of old AC units incurs additional costs (e.g., copper piping at SAR 80/m, cassette or floor units at SAR 130/m, wall brackets SAR 70, old AC removal SAR 150).
Electricity, plumbing, or additional works are the customer’s responsibility.
Products may be shipped/installed by third-party logistics partners; shipping/installation fees are calculated automatically based on order and location.
Delivery Policy
Free delivery applies up to the 2nd floor; higher floors are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery appointments are scheduled by the company. The company is not liable for delays or rescheduling.
Televisions must be inspected upon delivery; returns are not accepted afterward.
Delivery time is typically 2–7 days (up to 10 days during promotions). The company is not liable for delays beyond its control.
Additional fees may apply based on distance.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery; failure to do so waives the right to return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
Original invoice must be provided.
Item must be unused, in original condition with packaging and accessories.
Exchange must be requested within 14 days from invoice date.
If exchange is due to customer’s choice, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 3 days of invoice date with the original invoice.
Refunds for card payments: the company’s responsibility is limited to contacting the bank; refund time depends on the bank’s process.
Products with defects may be returned only with a report from the authorized agent confirming the defect.
Returns are not accepted for items with scratches, misuse, improper power source, or failing to meet conditions.
Manufacturing defects must be reported to customer service for coordination with the agent; company will respond within 48 hours upon receipt of agent’s report.
Warranty repairs must be directed to customer service (920010880).
The company is not obliged to hold stock beyond 30 days; refunds may be claimed within 6 months under applicable terms.
If return is for customer preference, shipping costs apply.
If return is due to manufacturing defect, shipping and bank fees are waived.
- If purchase was via installment
platforms (e.g., Tabby, Tamara), return fees include company
charges (2% of invoice or SAR 100 minimum) plus platform
charges:
Tabby: 2% of invoice.
Tamara: 5.5% of invoice.
The company is not liable for these financing platform fees.
Returns are not accepted if the product model is discontinued by SASO (Saudi Standards).
Order Cancellation (by Customer)
If canceled after shipping, cancellation fees apply.
If purchase was via installment platforms (Tabby, Tamara), their respective fees (2% / 5.5%) apply in addition to company fees.
Orders may be canceled if not delivered within 7 working days.
Order Cancellation (by Company)
The company reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:
Payment failure or delay.
Incorrect or unreachable customer contact details.
Unavailability of product in stock.
Product Reservation
Customers must collect reserved products within 30 days. Otherwise, the contract is void, and refund is subject to terms.
Privacy & Security
The company is committed to protecting customer information in compliance with applicable laws. Data may be collected, used, or stored only as necessary for transactions.
Language Clause
In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the Arabic and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Arabic text shall prevail and be considered the official and binding version.
